Govenor Ronald Reagan, of California, announces plans for a "Center for the Study and Reduction of Violence," to be headed by Dr. Joylon "Jolly" West, a psychiatrist, and with funding to come from the state and from The Law Enforcement Assistance Administration (LEAA). The center is to serve as a model for future facilities to be set up throughout the United States. Some of the planned areas of study for the Center include studies of violent individuals, experiments on prisoners from Vacaville and Atascadero, experiments on hyperkinetic children, experiments with violence-producing and violent inhibiting drugs, hormonal aspects of passivity and aggressiveness in boys, studies to discover and compare norms of violence among various ethnic groups, and studies of "pre-delinquent" children. Plans also include encouragement to law enforcement to keep computer files on "pre-delinquent" children, which would make possible the treatment of children "before they become delinquents."

With the backing of Governor Reagan and Earl Brian, Governor Reagan's Secretary of Health, West has secured guarantees of prisoner volunteers from several California correctional institutions, including Vacaville. Dr. Brian, is adamant about his support for mind control centers in California. He feels that the behavior modification plans of the Violence Control Centers are important in the prevention of crime.

According to the referenced source, the Violence Control Center is actually the brain child of William Herrmann, a CIA agent, as part of a "pacification plan" for California. A counter-insurgency expert for Systems Development Corporation and an advisor to Governor Reagan, Herrmann works with the Stand Research Institute, the RAND Corporation, and the Hoover Center on Violence.

NOTE: Date is purely an estimate, and the date of the alleged X-ray is unknown. This quote comes when Dincalci is talking about war stories LRH would tell while they were staying in an apartment in "The Executive" aparment building in New York.

A translation of a Soviet paper, "Report from Movosibirsk:
Communicaion between Cells," appears in Vol. 7, No. 2 of the Journal of Parapsychology. The report, says that experiments (conducted in "Special Department No. 8") indicate that cells can communicate illness, such as a virus infection, despite the fact the cells are physically separated. The tests show that when one group of cells is contaminated with a virus, the adjacent group--although separated by quartz glass--catch the disease. Dr. Jolyon "Jolly" West, named to be head of the California Center for the Study and Reduction of Violence, writes the following letter to the Director of Health for California, J.M. Stubblebine:

"Dear Stub:

"I am in possession of confidential in formation that the Army is prepared to turn over Nike missile bases to state and local agencies for non-military purposes. They may look with special favor on health-related applications.

"Such a Nike missile base is located in the Santa Monica Mountains, within a half-hour's drive of the Neuropsychiatric Institute. It is accessible, but relatively remote. The site is securely fenced, and includes various buildings and improvements, making it suitable for prompt occupancy.

"If this site were made available to the Neurophyschiatric Institute as a research facility, perhaps initially as an adjunct to the new Center for the Prevention of Violence, we could put it to very good use. Comparative studies could be carried out there, in an isolated but convenient location, of experimental or model programs for the alteration of undesirable behavior.

"Such programs might include control of drug or alcohol abuse, modification of chronic anti-social or impulsive aggressiveness, etc. The site could also accommodate conferences or retreats for instruction of selected groups of mental-health related professionals and of others (e.g., law enforcement personnel, parole officers, special educators) for whom both demonstration and participation would be effective modes of instruction.

"My understanding is that a direct request by the Governor, or other appropriate officers of the State, to the Secretary of Defense (or, of course, the President), could be most likely to produce prompt results."

According to Ingo Swann, a voice in his head says, "Try coordinates" [for remote viewing]. Swann arrives at the SRI office the next morning and announces his proposal to have Hal Puthoff and Russell Targ give him geographical latitude and longitude coordinates, instead of a "target" to remote view. To Puthoff and Targ, the idea doesn't make sense. Swann persists, and raises his voice, and threatens to leave SRI. His threats aren't necessarily idle. By this time he has already departed four or five times for short periods, sometimes to pursue other projects, but other times just to signal his annoyance at the way things are going. Puthoff and Targ finally relent, agreeing to try Swann's coordinate clairvoyance scheme, unofficially and temporarily, during their late-afternoon coffee breaks.

"About this time, a third sensitive subject, Pat Price, became available at SRI, and the remote viewing experiments in which a subject describes his impressions of remote objects or lacations began in earnest." (NOTE: Kress is referring to a time period around mid-late April, as evidenced by a reference memorandum dated 20 April 1973 [see].)

OUTPOINTS: CONTRARY FACTS: This is a vitally important discrepancy, because all other accounts, including Hal Puthoffs, assert that Pat Price came on board at SRI 1 June 1973 [see]. Kress is putting Price in the picture as early as 15 April. Kress's assertion is further supported by his claim that during the 1 June 1973 [see] "coordinate remote viewing" experiment that targetted the sensitive NSA facility, "no maps were allowed" for BOTH viewers--including Price. Puthoff's account asserts that Price was given the coordinates over the phone--in which case it would have been impossible to run the "no maps" control on Price. One of these accounts, or both of them, are false.

According to the referenced source, LRH writes the "original Snow White plan." Allegedly included in it is "Project Hunter," which is quoted below:

The reference on this project is Record Correction.
According to Paris Police reports the US has falsely reported on LRH.

This means that the Treasury Dept US Liaison with Interpol and possibly the FBI have and have forwarded false reports to many other countries.

Also, as this area will become a subject of UN complaint, all recourse must be exhausted.

Any action taken against this area must also be very polite and not abusive, per UN requirements.

This area is the GO OTC Liaison for Legal. But no action may be taken without the full agreement of the GO US.

A suggested program follows:

(a) Existing attorneys may be used or new ones retained in Washington D.C.
(b) According to the first amendment of the US Constitution the right of petition may not be denied. Therefore it is suggested that the Treasury Interpol unit and the FBI be separately petitioned to correct their records re LRH and to see that anyone to whom they have reported overseas be given a record correction. A minimum of evidence should be presented.
(c) When the FBI fails to act, if it does not act, to correct the record, a suit should be filed to correct it at which time much fuller evidence, as per Record Correction may be presented.
(d) When Treasury fails to act, if it does not act, it should be subject to suit.
(e) The damages resulting from these false reports are
incredible, resulting in immigration and other trouble.
(f) Part of any settlement must include the advising of interior US agencies (States and cities) that false reports have been given on LRH.
(g) Part of any settlement must include advising all countries in these targets that the reports sent were false.
(h) Documents attesting the falsity of such reports must be then made available to the GO, so the govt. statement can be circulated by the GO.
(i) All records must be carefully preserved for UN use.

Defense Secretary Elliot Richardson is named as US Attorney General. Richard Nixon, in a televised address, accepts "responsibility" for the affair, but says he was not personally involved. In a separate development, former White House aide Charles Colsen reportedly admits that among the White House papers destroyed by L. Patrick Gray was a cable forged by E. Howard Hunt to implicate President Kennedy in the 1963 assassination of South Vietnamese President Ngo Dinh Diem.

President Richard Nixon appoints Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) James Schlesinger to the Department of Defense (DOD). Nixon appoints William Colby as the new DCI. On the same day, copies of the directive--written by Colby and signed by Schlesinger--instructing all CIA employees to come forward with anything the CIA might have done that exceeded the limits of the Agency's charter, are distributed within CIA.

A twenty-six-page preliminary summary of the reports from CIA employees regarding questionable activities by the CIA has been prepared by CIA Inspector General Willam Broe, who forwards it to DCI William Colby under the title "Potential Flap Activities." The full report, completed later, comes to 693 pages in all, one for each "abuse," and it quickly acquires the nom de scandale of "the Family Jewels." It includes just about every serious charge against the CIA of recent years: Operation Chaos, the CIA's infiltration of American radical groups; a sketchy account of CIA drug-testing programs (the details having disappeared when Helms ordered the files destroyed before he left the CIA); the CIA's role in Nixon's domestic intelligence plan; training programs for local police departments; a program to recruit counter-intelligence agents for the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs; mail interception; the bugging of American journalists thought to have informants within the CIA; a burglary in Fairfax, Virginia; contacts with the Watergate burglary team; a special annex summarizing the Inspector General's report of 1967 on the CIA's involvement in assassination plots against Trujillo, Diem, and Castro.

Hal Puthoff places a phone call to Richard Kennett, an analyst in the Office of Strategic Intelligence (OSI) at CIA headquarters. Here is the account of that phone call, and the event that ensued, from the referenced source:

"Kennett was open-minded about the phenomena of psi. He wanted to see Puthoff perform rigorous scientific experiments, and let the chips fall where they may. But the CIA analyst scoffed at the idea of coordinates, for the same reasons that Puthoff had first been dubious.

"'All right,' said Puthoff. 'Why don't you give me the
coordinates of a place that I don't know anything about?'

"'Okay,' said Kennett, 'But I'll do you one better. I'll get you the coordinates of some place that even I don't know about.'

"Kennett put the phone down and walked out of his office into the hallway. He had passed seven or eight doorways when he ran into a colleague named Bill O'Donnell. 'Bill, I want some coordinates of something that's on the East Coast,' he told him. 'Some place where, if I show you a drawing or a photograph later, you'll be able to say, 'Yes, that's what's at those coordinates.' 'Sure,' said O'Donnell. 'Give me a little while.'

"A few hours later, towards the end of the day, O'Donnell walked into Kennett's office with a pair of coordinates written on a small slip of paper. They were precise coordinates, written down to minutes and seconds of latitude and longitude. Had Kennett checked a map, he would have seen that they described a location somewhere in the Blue Ridge Mountains, a few hours west of Washington. Just what was there, only O'Donnell knew.

"Kennett thanked O'Donnell, picked up the phone, and called Hal Puthoff at SRI.

"A short time later, Swann sat at one end of a table in a conference room at SRI--smoking a cigar, as was his habit for most of his waking hours. Puthoff, sitting at the other end, read him the coordinates. The psychic wrote them down, and then, alternately closing his eyes, staring at the walls, and staring down at his writing paper, he began to sketch and to verbalize his impressions. The impressions seemed to arrive in brief, wavelike bursts of images and other sensory data: 'This seems to be some sort of mounds or rolling hills... There is a city to the north; I can see taller buildings and some smog... This seems to be a strange place, somewhat like the lawns that one would find around a military base, but I get the impression that there are either some old bunkers around, or maybe this is a covered reservoir... There must be a flagpole, some highways to the west, possibly a river over to the far east, to the south more city.' He drew a map showing a circular target surrounded by a road to the south, a road to the west, and a river to the east. To the north was a town. The session had taken six minutes."

OT VII Hal Puthoff conducts a remote viewing experiment at Stanford Research Institute with OT VII Ingo Swann using coordinates given to them by a CIA official. Swann is able to draw a map of a small military installation, which is identified later as being in West Virginia. [NOTE: According to another source, this was a sensitive National Security Agency facility. See entry for 4 June 1973.] The CIA official (identified by Targ and Puthoff as "our East coast challenger," later revealed to be Richard Kennett) reports that the results are accurate, and that the map is even to scale.

Ingo Swann does further "coordinate remote viewing" on the coordinates that had been provided to Hal Puthoff the day before by CIA's Richard Kennett. Swann draws a detailed map of what he sees, and delivers the map and the following report to Hal Puthoff:

"Cliffs to the east, fence to the north. There's a circular building (a tower?), buildings to the south. Is this a former Nike base or something like that? This is about as far as I could go without feedback, and perhaps guidance as to what was wanted. There is something strange about this area, but since I don't know particularly what to look for within the scope of the cloudy ability, it is extremely difficult to make decisions on what is there and what is not. Imagination seems to get in the way. (For example, I seem to get the impression of something underground, but I'm not sure.) However, it is apparent that on first sighting the general location was correctly
spotted."

Puthoff prepares the report and map to send to Kennett. But before he can, he allegedly gets an out-of-the-blue phone call from a Scientology O.T. named Pat Price--whom Puthoff had "met at a lecture in Los Angeles [where the Scientology Advanced Organization is located--Ed.] a few years before." Coincidentally, Puthoff and Swann had "run into" Pat Price more recently, "in late 1972," selling Christmas trees in Mountain View [see entry for 15 c. December 1972.]

According to the referenced source (and other accounts) Price tells Puthoff that he has psychic impressions almost every day, and, "on impulse," Puthoff decides to give Price--over the phone--the same coordinates that had been given to Puthoff the day before by CIA's Richard Kennett. Alllegedly, Puthoff is giving Price the opportunity to do some off-the-cuff "coordinate remote viewing."

OUTPOINTS: CONTARY FACTS, ADDED INAPPLICABLE COINCIDENCES, ADDED BULLSHIT: Here is another one of these NSA-generated fairy tales that permeates the ocean of disinformation regarding remote viewing. Whatever date it supposedly happened on, the "coincidence" of Pat Price calling on the very day when Swann did his second "remote view" of this sensitive location, and the idiocy of Puthoff giving out CIA-provided coordinates over the phone to a mere "acquaintance" can only be the product of the fervent, fertile imagination of some NSA-hired hack who thinks he's writing pulp fiction. Here is the account given by Kenneth Kress--the CIA's Project Officer over the SRI remote viewing experiments--of the "coordinate remote viewing" experiment of the "vacation property" that turned out to actually be a sensitive NSA secret installation:

"During the summer of 1973, SRI continued working informally with an OSI [Office of Strategic Intelligence] officer on a remote viewing experiment which eventually stimulated more CIA-sponsored investigations of parapsychology. The target was a vacation property in the eastern United States. The experiment began with the passing of nothing more than the geographic coordinates of the vacation property to the SRI physicists who, in turn, passed them to the two subjects, one of whom was Pat Price. NO MAPS WERE PERMITTED, [emphasis added] and the subjects were asked to give an immediate response of what they remotely viewed at these coordinates. The subject came back with descriptions which were apparent misses. They both talked about a military-like facility. Nevertheless, a striking correlation of the two independent descriptions was noted. The correlation caused the OSI officer to drive to the site and investigate in more detail.

"To the surprise of the OSI officer, he soon discovered a sensitive government installation a few miles from the vacation property. This discovery led to a request to have Price provide information concerning the interior workings of this particular site. All the data produced by
the two subjects were reviewed in CIA and the Agency concerned."

OUTPOINTS: CONTRARY FACTS: This account by Kress conflicts with Hal Puthoff's account of how Pat Price became involved with SRI, and this project in particular. [See other entry, this date.] The control of "No maps were permitted" could not possibly have been imposed on Pat Price, according to the Puthoff account, because Puthoff claims that Price was given the coordinates over the phone, and that Price mailed his results to Puthoff the next day [see entries for 2 June and 4 June 1973]. One, or both, of these accounts is false. If Kress's account is true, then Pat Price was already on board at SRI before this experiment took place. This supports Kress's earlier claim that Price was involved by around mid-April 1973 [see entry for 15 c. April 1973].

According to an account that could only be from Jim Dincalci (although no exact source is even indicated for this hearsay account), LRH dreams up the "Snow White" program while staying in the Codwise Place apartment in New York. The only reason given in the hearsay account is "to improve his own image and that of his church for the benefit of future generations of Scientologists," because of unflattering material that has been "uncovered in government agency files" through Freedom of Information Act filings.

OUTPOINTS: DROPPED OUT TIME, WRONG SOURCE, OMITTED SOURCE: This hearsay is all the evidence that could be found, after a rather exhaustive search, that any such "Snow White" program ever actually existed, or that it was, in fact, originated by LRH. This is a period of time when his whereabouts are completely unknown. No documentation of this alleged program has ever surfaced, yet this watery hearsay is the "crucial evidence" that links LRH to the disastrous events that ensue (from late 1974-1977), and pin him as the "evil mastermind" behind the allegedly criminal acts of "the GO."

Hal Puthoff reportedly receives an envelope in the mail from Pat Price, containing sketches and verbal descriptions of Price's "remote viewing" of coordinates that Puthoff allegedly gave him over the phone [see entries for 1 June and 30 May 1973. Price's description reads:

"Looked at general area from altitude of about 1500' above highest terrain. On my left forward quadrant is a peak in a chain of mountains, elevation approximately 4996' above sea level. Slopes are greyish slate covered with variety of broad leaf trees, vines, shrubbery, and undergrowth. I am facing about 3-5 west of north. Looking down the mountain to the right (east) side is a roadway, freeway country style--curves around base of mountain from S.W.--swings north for a few miles, then heads E.N.E. to a fairly large city about 30-40 miles distant. This area was a battleground in civil war--low rolling hills, creeks, few lakes or reservoirs. There is a smaller town a little S.E.... Weather at this time is cloudy, rainy. Temperature at my altitude about 54--high cumulo-nimbus clouds to about 25,000-30,000'. Clear area, but turbulent, between that level and some cirro-stratus at 46,000'. Air mass in that strip moving W.N.W. to S.E.

"Perceived that peak area has large underground storage areas. Road comes up back side of mountains (west slopes), fairly well concealed, deliberately so. It's cut under trees where possible. Would be very hard to detect flying over area. Looks like former missile site--bases for launchers still there, but area now houses record storage area, microfilm, file cabinets; as you go into underground area through aluminum rolled-up doors, first areas filled with records, etc. Rooms about 100' long, 4' wide, 20' ceilings with concrete supporting pilasters, flare-shaped. Temperature cool--fluorescent lighted. Personnel, Army 5th Corps engineers. M/Sgt Long on desk placard on grey steel desk--file cabinets security locked--combination locks, steel rods through eye bolts. Beyond these rooms, heading east, are several bays with computers, communications equipment, large maps, display type, overlays. Personnel, Army Signal Corps. Elevators."

Puthoff phones Price and asks him to see if he can pick up even more detailed information.

Another account of the Pat Price viewing of the NSA site: OT Pat Price is given the same co-ordinates that Swann was given in the 29 May 1973 [see] Remote Viewing experiment. Price's five page response goes into greater detail than Swann's. He goes so far as to read off nameplates and labels on files. The CIA official confirms Price's description (Targ, and Puthoff, 1977, p46-8). According to another source: "...[A] retired local politician and SRI remote-viewer named Pat Price [also a Scientology OT] appeared psychically to 'visit' a sensitive National Security Agency facility on the East Coast and sparked an investigation by enraged NSA officials. Price's verbal and graphic descriptions of the site were particularly detailed, and included an overhead view, the layout of underground offices, and even Top Secret code-word labels on file folders. 'He nailed it,' remembers a former senior CIA official familiar with the episode. 'From that moment on, there was no trouble getting anyone to take it SRI's remote-viewing programme seriously.'"

OUTPOINTS: CONTRARY FACTS: Here is yet another account of this significant event, taken from Puthoff's own telling of the tale. If it proves anything, it may only prove that government spooks can't keep their stories straight.

O'Donnell allegedly responds: "Rick, this isn't even close. I gave you the coordinates of my summer cabin. I just took the maps out of my car, found where my cabin was in the woods, and that's what I gave you. This is bullshit."

OUTPOINTS: ANOTHER AMAZING, EARTH-SHATTERING ADDED INAPPLICABLE COINCIDENCE: As we're about to discover, O'Donnell's summer cabin just HAPPENS to be right next door to a super-secret NSA installation [see entries for 10 c. June, 11 c. June, and 13 c. June 1973], which just HAPPENS to be what Price and Swann have "remote viewed." Of course, neither Kennett nor O'Donnell know ANYTHING about this. CIA's Richard Kennett takes his wife and children on a "drive into the coutryside" to check out Bill O'Donnell's accounting of the coordinates Pat Price and Ingo Swann had remotely viewed. [To make this little weekend trip, Kennett has to drive into the Blue Ridge Mountains in West Virginia--Ed.] Surprise, surprise: "a few miles from his friend's cabin," he discovers a dirt road with a government "No Trespassing" sign, and some satellite antennas in the background--"obviously some kind of secret installation." It seems to match many of the descriptions provided by Price and Swann.

"The first formal test of this 'outbound' protocol occurred on the afternoon of October 4, 1973, (Puthoff, in recent public comments on the early history of remote viewing, has suggested that outbound experiments came first, before coordinate remote-viewing experiments. As I've established from an examination of the record and from conversations with him and with Ingo Swann, this isn't quite accurate. The first record of an outbound experiment is from October 1973, six months after Swann's first coordinate experiments.) and went about as well as Puthoff and Targ could have hoped. Pat Price was taken by Russell Targ into an experiment room, and both men sat down at a table. At the same time Puthoff and his SRI branch chief, a man named Earle Jones, went over to the office of their division chief, Bart Cox. Cox had a long list of possible target sites in the San Francisco Bay Area. He generated a random number with his calculator, used it to select a target site from the list, pulled out the appropriate file with directions to the site, and handed it to Puthoff. Puthoff took the file, went with Jones to his car, opened the file, and followed the enclosed directions to the target, which was Hoover Tower on the Stanford University campus, in nearby Palo Alto.

Puthoff and Jones looked around, went up the tower to an observation deck, and generally tried to soak up sensations at the site, the better to serve as ESP 'beacons' for Price. At an agreed-upon time, back at SRI, Price tried to visualize where Puthoff and Jones were standing. 'I get them on a ridge or bluff overlooking the ocean,' he said initially. 'I would say they are about four hundred feet above sea level.... I had a flash of being in a room with a Spanish-tile floor and a colonnade, about three miles south of here. Outside the colonnades I get the feeling that it's a library or a museum-type area with an exhibit there. I was just looking around. The area I have seems like it would be Hoover Tower. . .'

It was soon clear to Puthoff that Price's results were going to be much more robust than the usual parapsychological fare. They represented a break with the past. And to underscore this break with the past, Puthoff decided to invent a new terminology for the kinds of psi phenomena Price was demonstrating. As far as Puthoff was concerned, the old terms such as clairvoyance, ESP, and psychic perception carried unwanted baggage, full of hysterical mediums, palm readers, and all those dead, dry card-guessing experiments at Duke University. Puthoff wanted something that sounded new and modern, technological and sober, something that would blend unobtrusively with the jargon of the hard sciences. Over the next few years he and Targ would use a variety of expressions to describe what was going on such as: 'information transmission under conditions of sensory shielding,' 'a perceptual channel for information transfer over kilometer distances,' 'perceptual augmentation techniques,' 'remote perceptual abilities,' and 'remote perception.' Eventually Puthoff came up with the punchier 'remote viewing,' and after a while, that name stuck."

OUTPOINTS: CONTRARY FACTS: This entry places the genesis of "remote viewing," and that term for it, a full TWO YEARS LATER than Ingo Swann's account of it [see entry for 8 December 1971]. This sort of blatant contradiction cannot possibly be attributable to mere sloppy research, because nobody could be that sloppy. The author of the source reference has his own ties to intelligence agencies. Either his account or Swann's account--or both--are lies. This contradiction is pointed up here because it is so representative of the amount of disinformation surrounding remote viewing. Another hallmark of the "information" available regarding remote viewing is OMITTED TIME, since it is next to impossible to get exact dates for most of the occurances that are described. They are most often given in terms of YEARS, at best, or--even more frequently--in terms like "in the late '60's," making accurate evaluation difficult in the extreme. This obfuscation and/or contradiction of dates and incidents is a primary characteristic of disinformation, and helps to identify it.

She informs Heldt that the Guardian's Office has some documents (allegedly illegally obtained--see OUTPOINTS, below), that indicate Interpol Washington is in touch with Interpol Paris, London, Melbourne, Ottawa and Lomba Malawi. She adds, "we now know that Washington D.C. has police files on LRH, and if the reference is correct, Interpol Washington has a file on LRH as well." She then says, "[I]t is important that we get cracking and obtain these files and I leave you to work out how."

OUTPOINTS: OMITTED DATA, ALTERED SEQUENCE, INCORRECTLY INCLUDED ALLEGATION, ALTERED IMPORTANCE: The Stipulation claims that the documents the GO has are "illegally obtained," with absolutely no evidence to back up such an assertion, and with nothing in the Stipulation explaining when, where, how, or by whom such illegal acquistion was made. There are no earlier incidents of illegal break-ins, etc., described in the Stipulation. Also, it is incredible that Kember would be of on such a weird hobby-horse just 6 days after the GO turned over TWENTY-THREE TRUNKS worth of records to the court in the pending IRS case. Yet the ambiguous language of this "letter" is crucial in the events that follow.

Rose Mary Woods, President Nixon's personal secretary, testifies in Judge Sirica's court that she had accidentally erased 5 minutes of one of the subpoenaed tapes, but that she can not account for the rest of the 18-minute gap. On the same date, the Senate Watergate Committee suspends hearings on campaign financing in order to give staff more time to complete several investigations.

"I (Robert Vaughn Young) was assigned to the PR section of the most secret and largest program in the Guardian's Office--the Snow White Program. It consisted of several highly secret programs... . We had considerable authority and latitude as well as finances and the Snow White program was the 'highest priority.' ...One of the objectives of the PR Snow White program was to get acceptances of Scientology from governmental agencies. I personally did that in several instances. Sometimes after many months of work including several trips to Washington, D.C... ."

OUTPOINTS: OMITTED DATA, ALTERED SEQUENCE, INCORRECTLY INCLUDED "SNOW WHITE PROGRAM": If the purported objective was actually "to get acceptances...from governmental agencies" (a license to survive that LRH would never have sought), are we seriously to believe that it was decided that the best way to do that was to burglarize governmental agencies, and leave mountains of records of such buglaries? When did Young travel to Washington, D.C.? Who did he see there? What did he do there? Was he in touch with the D.C. GO on his trips--including Meisner, Moxon, and friends? How could he NOT have been? But more than that: Where IS this legendary "Snow White Program?" Why does no one have a copy? Where IS it? What was the date of it? Whose name is signed to it? Maybe it's aptly named: MAYBE IT'S A FAIRY TALE!

LRH reportedly goes out riding his Harley around the volcanic mountains of Tenerife, skids on a patch of loose gravel, loses control and falls off, smashing several cameras that were on straps around his neck. Although in considerable pain, he manages to get back on the bike and ride it down to the port. He lets it drop on the quayside and staggers up the gangway of the Apollo. He reportedly has a broken arm and several broken ribs, and has massive bruising. He is seen by a doctor, who prescribes rest and pain killers. LRH "busts" Dincalci (allegedly because Dincalci wouldn't give LRH two painkillers at a time--only one), and LRH's medical care is taken over by Kima Douglas, who had been a nurse in South Africa.

OUTPOINTS: ADDED INAPPLICABLE COINCIDENCE: Perhaps we should consider ourselves extremely fortunate, nay, blessed, that the two people (Jim Dincalci and Kima Douglas) most responsible for existing derogatory hearsay accounts of LRH--particularly during several periods when his whereabouts were a secret and a mystery--both had nurse/medical training, and directly succeeded each other as constant companions to LRH during the most critical times leading up to, and through, the CIA involvement with Scientology OTs (developing remote viewing), and through the subsequent GO catastrophes.
