Apologies to folks here, for the recent incursion of Scientology's operatives posting anon "dead agent" disinformation regarding Arnie Lerma {that's me), legal name Arnaldo Lerma

I assure all concerned that the anonymous attempts at character assasination have not worked on the newsgroup I hang out on, alt.religion.scientology
But $cientology is always seeking for folks to decieve, they have grown an large they have because some believe their lies.

I did for ten years, having been a staff member in 70's.

Their internal operating policies emulate The communists.

Communist Party directive issued in 1943:

"Members and front organizations must continually embarrass, discredit and degrade our critics.... When obstructionists become too irritating, label them as fascist or Nazi or anti-Semitic.... Constantly associate those who oppose us with those names that already have a bad smell. The association will, after enough repetition, become "fact" in the public mind."

The allegations have no substance, except in the eyes of the deluded.

I have already survived $ 1,700,000 of Scientologys best litigation for posting to the net thier super duper secrets - the subject of a RAID perpetrated by SCientologists - where the Scientologists searched my home.

Germany considers $cientology a threat to democracy.

France wants them banned having convicted them for FRAUD.

There is a CRIMINAL FELONY case against them in FLORIDA now.

Federal Judge Brinkema said in an 1995 ruling against $cientology: [RTC vs Lerma]

"When the [Scientologists] first approached the court . . . the dispute was presented as a straightforward one under copyright and trade secret law. However, the court is now convinced that the primary motivation of [the Scientologists] . . . is to stifle criticism of Scientology in general and to harass its critics."

In her final ruling which Scientology tried to get SEALED so you would not be able to read it:

"Scientologists believe that most human problems can be traced to lingering spirits of an extraterrestrial people massacred by their ruler, Xenu, over 75 million years ago. These spirits attach themselves by "clusters" to individuals in the contemporary world, causing spiritual harm and negatively influencing the lives of their hosts ". USDJ Judge Leonie Brinkema 4 Oct 96 Memorandum Opinion, RTC vs Lerma

The English high court ruled:

"Scientology is both immoral and socially obnoxious...It is corrupt sinister and dangerous. It is corrupt because it is based on lies and deceit and has its real objective money and power for Mr. Hubbard... It is sinister because it indulges in infamous practices both to its adherents who do not toe the line unquestionably and to those who criticize it or oppose it. It is dangerous because it is out to capture people and to indoctrinate and brainwash them so they become the unquestioning captives and tools of the cult, withdrawn from ordinary thought, living, and relationships with others."
